With reproduction Standard Gauge trains becoming more affordable, they are slowly but surely finding their way into many homes. These large, bright, exciting trains bring a new dimension of fun to the hobby. The layouts here allow for plenty of action. We have not added scenery, but you can use all the operating accessories and old Standard Gauge buildings you like.
This 11' by 6' layout is superb for a basic Standard gauge operation. By wiring sidings as blocks, you can run a train and a motorized unit such as a trolley.
