Old Style Air Commandos
Back in 2006, I put up several series of Air Commandos. The goal was to use art to make various different types of troops. It was fun and the results were nice. These figures are more crude than those I make now. That was before I improved my art technique.
These remaining sets are available for sale. Supplies are limited. The painting is not as fancy, and the casting is not as fine. Items may differ slightly from those in pictures. They may be missing bayonets or tips on the submachine guns. You get what I have left. If you are not willing to accept a figure that is missing bayonets or tips, then do not order these sets.
Since both my casting and my painting technique have changed since these were made, I will not be able to make them exactly this way again. Prices on these sets are $10 less than my other Toy Soldier Art sets.

World War II Marine Camo This set was inspired by the leopard-type camouflage worn by the US Marine Corps during World War II. During its Pacific campaign, the Marine Corps issued some of its men a camouflage uniform. Initially it was a one-piece jumpsuit, but that was replaced by a set of trousers and shirts. Camouflage proved useful in the jungles. Our camouflaged figures come in their two-piece uniform and a helmet covered by netting. Each set includes three figures: officer, submachine gunner and automatic rifleman. This is one of our best-looking sets using the Air Commando figures. Get yourself a unique trio of camouflaged warriors while they last. This set of three figures is $64.95. Free shipping within the USA. $64.95

WWII German Fallschirmjager in Grey Camo This set of German paratroopers wears grey camouflage smocks over their Luftwaffe blue combat uniforms. Germany's parachute troops were not army personnel, but air force men. They wore the flying Luftwaffe eagle on their helmets and tunics. Various types of camouflage were used by the Luftwaffe paratroopers. This set has a striking pattern of green and brown splotches on a grey background. A really nice set. Each set comes with three paratroopers: an officer, a submachine gunner and an automatic rifleman. The German Luft3waffe was one of the first to widely issue an automatic rifle to its paratroopers. British Paratroopers
Great Britain was one of the first nations to establish parachute units. They were an elite group who received special training for their perilous missions. British paratroopers distinguished themselves at Normandy, Arnhem, and on the push to Germany. The elite units also acted in many postwar missions, including the Suez crisis of 1956, the Falklands War and the troubles n Northern Ireland.
This was my first series of British Paratroopers. They are painted with their camouflaged Denison smocks over combat uniforms. Each set comes with an officer, automatic rifleman and submachine gunner. An attractive set, indeed! Get yours today.
