The Victorian Era can easily be split between Early and Late. The figures here are Late, from about 1860 to 1900. Victorian figures are popular as "character" pieces, which is why they are so popular around the Winter holidays. The influence of Charles Dickens is such that it is common to associate Winter revelry with the era of which he wrote.
