You don't see many refinery layouts.This one uses operating accessories and static tanks together. There is even a barrel loader to load oil drums. For the fan of tank cars, it is excellent! Also a fine way to add a refinery when extending an existing layout.
Another crossover layout, but with a change in sidings you get a very different kind of action.
