Standard Gauge

Interesting track plan with two sidings and a short spur.  The short spur is more for appearances than practical application.

You can see how scenery makes a difference.  Since many classic Postwar accessories are oversized, there is plenty available for static and operating scenery.

A double loop that is great for trolleys and streetcars. The one spur is more for appearances than practical use.

Placing structures and signals makes the difference!  With the street lights, lighted buildings and signals, this layout comes alive day or night.

In this layout, action is tops!  The short spur to the right is more than cosmetic.  It helps when backing a car or trolley out of the way during a two-train operation.

For sheer imagination, this one is a scenery fan's dream.  We show a little of what can be done to turn this simple railway into an exciting, action packed pike.

No vestiges here!  Two spurs and two loops mean two trains.  You can vary the action aplenty.

Placement of stations is what makes a big difference.  Given a full treatment of scenery, this example would surely be a superb platform for Standard Gauge.
