Large Scale Railways can add visually to a good, well-planned garden. Here are some ideas to get you started, if you want a simple plan that will accentuate your landscaping and planting. Note that these layouts can be altered easily to fit your garden's precise dimensions.

This layout is nice if you have "U" shaped landscaping in part of the yard. To widen, just add straights to front and back at the arrow. |

Here's one for a corner, with "E" shaped flower box arrangement or a wide plain corner. You can use straights to extend in any direction. |
