Starting with a variation of previous Point-to-Point layouts, we get great action here!
Our initial layout differs from our other Point to Point layout, in that the ends are closer to the curves. Because of the way switches will be placed here, we need to start with a tighter layout. |
One switch gives a dual siding |
A second switch extends it. |
Two additional switches make a cut-off. |
Two switches are added, one each to replacing the curve heading into the sidings on either end. We had to add a spacer between switches at the top when we added another switch. You may or may not have to do this, depending on your trackwork. You can add these switches one at a time if you prefer.. |
We have added two switches to the low end of the upper-rightward loop to make two smaller sidings. Add them one at a time, if you prefer. The additional sidings make this great for switching-type operations and small freight drills. |
