Using O27 Track and Switches
Starting with a basic oval of track,you can grow this layout a piece at a time. We have shown some of the trackside buildings in place. No matter how we expand, the basic track plan and scenery remain in the same place. Once you get rolling, you can add one or two switches and more track to gradually get to the finished layout.
Of course, track that will be changed should not be tacked down. Go back to the article for details on how that is done
