Among the non-combat toy figures are various kinds of workers. This dates back to the 1920s, when several toy soldier companies cast lead figures of railroad personnel. Working figures are very popular today, as they are often included with construction truck sets.
This set came in a bag with orange and yellow figures, black tools and solver wheelbarrows. |
The wheelbarrows were too short for the men to hold properly, and the jachkammer was too long for the figure to stand while holding it. These figures are about 1 /5/8" tall, and could be used as scenery on an O Gauge railroad layout. |
