These came in a batch if figures acquired i nan auction. They are made of a PVC-type material, and stand about 54 to 60mm. You can see an opfficer with pistol, soldier with automatic rifle, soldier with what looks to be a shotfun, prone rifleman with old style rifle, and prone light machine-gunner Soldiers or SWAT police? They look more like soldier, but one can never be sure.
