The Marx 60mm Figures were sold in bags, and they occasionally showed up in my neighborhood. They are a flat-foot type without bases. Note that four of the ten combat figures are almost identical to Lido figures. Lido either licensed or copied them. The essential difference is that Marx's 60mm U.S. troops have plain helmets, whereas Lido's have camouflage nets on theirs.
The 60mm U.S. troops showed up later in hard plastic in the Warriors of the World series. These were painted figures.
Some remark a resemblance between the 60mm sitting rifleman and a similar figure by Ideal. In fact, the two are distinct figures identifiable by nuances of pose, equipment and details.
The officer, bayonet fighter, firing rifleman and prone sniper are identical to Lido figures.
