Armored car similar to Daimler, and Bren Carrier. What prompted the use of "mag wheels" on the armored car?

Armored car looks to be about 1/43 scale, while the Bren carrier is a solid 1/32

A missile trailer is towed by the Bren carrier. It is very similar to the plastic missile launcher that had been packed with the old Globemaster transport airplane.
