Classic Lionel Layouts Revisited

O Gauge 5' by 9' Layout with Siding


This is a simple, appealing layout. Though the Lionel artists who drew the original plan were off on their dimensions, the track plan is straightforward. How the artists expected the coal loader to fit is a mystery. I believe they may have drawn it backwards. For consistency, I placed it as they drew it.

O (31" diameter) 5' 6" by 9' Red circle indicates cut-to-length track sections.
